If you make and confirm your appointment you are agreeing to adhere to these simple rules...
- If appointment is booked prior to 48 hours you will receieve a confirmation text you must reply to
- If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours post text we cannot guarantee your bookingwill still be available.
- if you have booked your appointment within the 48 hour window your appointment is considered confirmed
- you may request email confirmations, same rules to replying applies
> Attempting to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will require a non refundable and non redeemable late fee of $30 to be payable before your next appointment can be secured.
> NO SHOWS (meaning you have not replied to confirmation text & not let us know your request to cancel OR confirmed and not turned up without notice) you will be required to pay a non refundable and non redeemable fee of 50% of your original booking payable before your next appointment can be secured.
> Clients who CANCEL/ RESCHEDULE or NO SHOW within 24 hours, 3 or more times will be asked to pay 100% deposit for all future appointmentsas well as the applicable fees.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, you will not have to pay any fees or deposits.

Our Return Policy
Products. For products that are either unopened or minimally used, we accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days. If you're unsure about a product, we'd be glad to make a sample of it when we can (for example we won’t be able to give you a sample for a pencil or powder) for you to try at home, so you can open your new product when you're sure it works for you.
Services. If you weren’t pleased with your service, please reach out to us within 7 days. We do not refund services, but it's important to us that you are 100% satisfied & extra important it is within the 7 days post appointment
